Wine Dining is now a more media oriented entity that covers my experiences with Ontario wine.
The emphasis is on current news trends and events that effect the wine industry as well as my own take on what is going on. My philosophy on wine has and always will be based on Master of Wine Tim Hanni's premise that sweet foods and Umami make a wine taste stronger while sour foods and salt can make it taste milder.
No gifts of donations are accepted and everything is paid for out of my own pocket. This is still and always will be, a hobby not for profit site.
